All companies that pay more than R500 000 per year in salaries must be registered to pay Skills Development Levies (SDL). Furthermore, such companies are required to comply with the Skill Development Act reporting requirements, by submitting their annual WSP and ATR.
Your company’s compliance and submission are necessary in order to obtain the Skills Development points on the BEE scorecard. To avoid being non-compliant, WSP and ATR submissions should be compiled correctly and finalised for submission no later than 30 April 2021.
– Leverage scarce financial resources for Workplace Skills Plans by tapping into all available funding
– Conduct a skills audit to identify the priority, scarce and critical skills of the organisation
– Develop a bespoke plan of action to address skill gaps
– Document the WSP and ATR in line with the SETA requirements
