The submission deadline is closing in. Ensure you submit correctly and on time.
According to Section 21 of the Employment Equity Act, every designated employer is obliged to submit their Employment Equity (EE) reports (EEA2 and EEA4 Forms) detailing the annual progress made in achieving the objectives of the company’s Employment Equity plan.
Designated employer refer to employers with a headcount exceeding 50 employees or those with less than 50 employees but exceeding the turnover thresholds in Schedule 4.
Please join us for our upcoming EE reporting webinar on the 19th of November 2021 to learn more about the threshold applicable to designated employers. Book your seat before 19th of November 2021.
Failure to file the EE report on time is a statutory offense that attracts hefty fines and can also impact the Management Control points on your B-BBEE scorecard. If you are responsible for your company’s EE submission join our webinar and find out how Transcend can assist.
If you would like a successful EE submission outcome and avoid coming under scrutiny by the Department of Employment and Labour, then this webinar is for you.
We will also have a Q&A section, so please remember to submit your questions on the form when you register.
Reminder: book your spot for the webinar before 19th November 2021.
