The deadline for the annual submission of the Annual Training Report and Workplace Skills Plan to your appropriate SETA is the 30th of April.

Skills Development is a priority element under the amended B-BBEE Codes, no points under Skills Development will be achieved if no WSP and ATR are submitted.

By successfully submitting the ATR and WSP, your organisation qualifies to recover a 20% mandatory grant from Skills Development Levies (SDL) paid to SARS and also qualifies to apply for discretionary grants from the relevant SETA.

The following documents need to be submitted by all Levy Paying Member Companies:

•    Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)
•    Annual Training Report (ATR)
•    Pivotal Training Plan (PTP)
•    Pivotal Training Report (PTR)
